Optavia diet is not for many people. Besides that some fuelings are tasteless or gross, many can’t subsist and have energy on such a restrictive plan. I started it on a modified version due to my doctors recommendations and didnt last a week. I do occasionally splurge on the RTD shakes because I enjoyed those but thats about it.

I also had extra and I asked a friend who was doing that diet if she wanted and I sold them for much less than I paid for.
Just make sure they are not expired. good luck
