Hi, I’m looking for a fantastic PT in or near monsey who specializes in pelvic health and can assist with diastasis recti.

I found Luba Starostiak of Lotus Physical Therapy to be really good and she came well recommended.
In my case, since my discomfort was more about underlying anxiety than anything else, I ended up looking into other things. But I felt better while in treatment and was really impressed with her bedside manner.

I had an amazing experience BH with Dr. Charmaine Quijano. (917.620.7672) "Art of Health Physical Therapy"
She has offices in five different places.
Top of the line...

I found her to be rude and tough. I also found that the first session was her giving me basic info on female anatomy. The whole experience was not good.
Am I the only one?

I had a great experience with Charmaine. I was in pain postpartum because of episiotomy/ stitches and she really helped me!!
