No preference in location but because is for pesach I need a miniyan walking distance, a kosher supermarket will be a plus

In previous years there has been a group of people renting villas in Virginia Beach, and there was at least one minyan, often more. I don't know how COVID plus Pesach being early this year will affect their plans.
