I'd like to make chicken cutlets in the slow cooker, in a very easy way, with salsa and maybe black beans. Sometimes cutlets get dry in the slow cooker, so I'm looking for an actual recipe rather than a good idea!

Don't cook for longer than 3 hours on low and eat right away because by default cutlets dry out when slow cooked.
