But I want to get something specific to this occasion. Maybe the cover of the sefer in some kind of frame? Or something to that affect.

Can you clarify this? What kind of rebinding? What kind of stand?

Ask someone at the seforim store if they know someone that can redo the cover with real leather.
They might have a number.

Mazel tov!!!
When my father finished his sefer my mother cooked a special Yom-tov like supper, we kids made a sign and bought special dessert (doughnuts I think?) and we all sang and danced. He did get a crate of the seforim bound in beautiful leather.
