Does anyone know of a really nice vacation type rental that my parents could stay in ? Maybe with a hot tub and pool or other cool amenities . Tri state area. Looking for somewhere they can go ASAP . Members of their household were exposed to carona and they are high risk .

AirBNB and VRBO are full of nice vacation rentals with hot tubs, pools, and any amenity you could want. It just depends on their budget and availability. They should choose where they want to go, narrow their search by the amenities they want and price, and choose from what's available.
