I went on low carb high fiber this summer under the guidance of a dietician and have been losing since then but now the dietician is going to tell me to add some fats because I was supposed to stop losing.

Intermittent fasting works the best for me. The earlier you stop eating the better. It also doesn't mean you can feast away the eight hours but at least you can eat normal not measure and weigh and after a while you can work it out to also eat by simchas
