The weight loss challenge that a bunch of imamothers started a while ago?
Anyone lost a significant amount?
I am thinking about starting now and was looking for inspiration (Don't need other places to find inspiration, dw).
I am reluctant to follow a strict diet because it makes me depressed to not be able to eat any of the foods that aren't healthy, but I am in the mood of...But I have been eating not especially healthy and basically staying the same the past few weeks. I think that if I just change my diet slightly, and add some exercise, it should be enough to see some change. ALso, I am nursing my 5month old so can't cut calories at this point.
