Longest lasting, non drying, Frosted Lipstick?

Im looking for a drugstore brand for every day and a better brand for other times (unless a drugstore brand is as good or better and non drying and long lasting than the expensive Frosted lipsticks).

Thanks, but Im looking for recommendations that Imas have been using a long time or that I see have a huge amount of rave reviews.

I've always been happy with Revlon Colorstay. https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....psc=1

Has a metallic sheen, but not wildly frosty. But definitely not matte.
