I'm thinking of starting a home based business selling kosher edibles in a country where it is legal. Would you buy? FYI edibles are food with marijuana in it.

from what I understand it’s laced with cannabis

Edibles are manufactured with varying levels of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the active ingredient in marijuana. They can take the form of almost any type of food, most notably candy and baked goods. When products are shaped like candy, there is a concern that children will accidentally ingest them

I absolutely would not.
And I encourage people to do a little bit of research before jumping into this.
Edibles are known for being extremely concerning, being that, unlike smoking pot, they are very easy to overdose on, and the effects can mimic LSD. People have died from edibles, I remember one story of a man leaping from his porch many stories up do to psychosis, and another of someone trying to kill her friend, because of the hallucinations.

No. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't gamble with my money or my health, and I don't do psychoactive drugs, legal or otherwise. I wouldn't even eat dulce de leche Haagen Dazs, if cannabis-laced, on motzaei Yom Kippur.

In High School (yeah in the Netherlands not frum school duh...) we made once hasj pancakes, I was really baked... and I ate spacecake which was good... but that was basicially before I was frum... I didn't like to be baked or stoned so I stopped. Anyhoo.... I think there is a market for that. You can easily make your own weed stuff ONE THING: it takes a while to kick in so if you make something like a cake or brownie wait 20-30 minutes and do not binge on the cake but take chips and drink please water and some sugar sometimes. Been there done that.
