This is one of my favorite WW friendly recipes. I use very little oil so it’s only a couple of points for the whole recipe.
A couple of tips, don’t overtake the spaghetti squash, I do 375 for 35 minutes, 45 if it’s big. Let it cool before scraping it off. The kugel needs to cook til it’s well done and reheat uncovered.

I struggled last week after I had a gain and I was good that whole week. But surprisingly I lost anyway. I made sure not to go over my weekly points. It was the first time I used so many weekly points. But this week I’ve been doing very well and I did a sneak peak on the scale and I was losing. It’s slow and steady. I need to work harder on being active though. That’s where I’ve been struggling more .

I'm so glad to see an active ww group. I've even paying for the program for 3 years, though only used for 10 months really
It works. I had a baby do stopped for the 9 months. He is now 15 months, hasn't nursed for 5 months. I can't seem to get back on the program. Really lacking the willpower.

Last Shabbos I made apple pear compote.
I used Splenda instead of sugar and it was a zero points dessert.

What’s the recipe?
