Dr. Birnbaum doesn't treat patients ds's age. Not sure if Dr. Hertz is still practicing, but I can't reach his office. Fidelis has a list of providers on their website but not sure which ones are competent.
Willing to travel to Manhattan.

You can try sheepshead bay oral surgery.
I took out 2 wisdom teeth there.
