Yes. Color and texture changes slightly, but you can definitely freeze.

They sell frozen cubes of those. So yes, you can definitely freeze your own.

You can freeze them. Just measure them out before you do, because they become limp after being thawed and more compact. Taste does not get comprised though.

Sure!
I actually freeze fresh herbs in soup nets so I can dump them straight into my chicken soup without having to wash and clean and check them each week.
you can blend and freeze, or chop and freeze, just dry them and pack them well in air tight container.
