What can I serve for dinner with baked french fries that is:
1) pareve or dairy,
2)not fish sticks (kids dont like those), and
3) super quick and easy?
I already made omelettes the other night.
I need to cook for Shabbos, so I cant fuss with dinner tonight. (I usually plan better, but circumstances prevented that this time.)

Grilled cheese? Pizza bagels? Are you specifically looking for protein heavy?

Tuna salad or tuna patties (just add some minced onion, couple of eggs, a bit of crumbs of any type.
You can even broil them instead of frying.

I served baked fries tonight with mini pizza rounds. That would only work if you have the frozen dough, some shredded cheese and sauce...
I also had frozen cheese blintzes in the freezer so I heated them up too.
Plus whole wheat wraps with tuna.
Everyone found something to eat. It wasn’t meant for everyone to have everything.

A funny thing that my kids like is corn from the can and cottage cheese in the same plate. They mix it together. I know that wouldn’t work for everyone.

Vegetarian chili. I make mine with tofu and sometimes beans, tomato sauce, and spices. Can serve over or next to fries with melted cheese.

I ended up making frozen falafel balls, since they’ve been sitting forgotten in the freezer and I had to use those up anyhow. (Thanks for the idea, cupcake123!)
I saw lots of other great ideas to try another time, like tuna patties or kani salad or veggie burgers or cheese latkes. I’m so glad I posted. Thanks ladies!

late to the game, but what about melting cheese on top of them like nachos and throw on any veggies they'll eat? corn, peppers, tomatoes, etc
