I want to make the dinner done smoked brisket for shabbos. The recipe calls for a 3-4lb second cut brisket and to bake on 225 for 8-9 hrs. If I’m making it with a 2lb brisket how long do I cook it for?

I think you'll be fine with 6 hours or so, but since 225 is almost like a slow cooler then exact timing shouldn't really matter.
