It is worth trying. I need a 3X in many things and this was quite roomy. It is a really nice fabric too, very comfortable.

They are not cheap, but Hanro is the best quality & most comfortable sleepwear I've come across. They have a lot of long sleeves, high neckline gowns, too.

Just Google the Hanro website. You can order directly from their site. I know they sell on Zappos but you will have a bigger selection that way.

No! Lol! I had already tried that one from Amazon a little while ago. There was actually another similar nightgown on Amazon that actually was 3x and it ran small... This is embarrassing but it's my reality for right now... I wasn't always this size!! I just looked up the Hanro nightgown and it looks very expensive, like you mentioned. Please keep the suggestions coming.Thanks for understanding and trying to help give suggestions. I appreciate.

I love Targets beautifully soft line. They have a variety of pajama types and colors. I am super sensory with pajama fabric, and this one is amazing. They do eventually pill, but it isn't too expensive to replace.
