Can you place mini grapejuice & muffin in holes of handcuffs.
Can you use clue game as base for mm
Donuts/coffee for police breaks
Maybe you can add in mini magnifying glasses bought by prize sections
L'chaim! suspect was found
Include treasure hunt with clues inside
Jail made from thin pretzels
Create a camera from nosh- wide wafer, attach an oreo in center for lens, silver foil wrapped taffy on corner for flash etc. Strap fruit belt.

Anything with “secret” ingredients
“Thumbprint”cookies (fingerprints)
“mystery” chocolates. Different chocolates with all types of fillings and you don’t know what flavor it is until you bite into it.
