My 3 year old has been trained for 1/2 a year now. The past 2 weeks he has accidents almost daily if not twice a day. Wether in school or at home. He is comfortable in it, doesnt bother telling me when gets wet.
He refuses to use the bathroom when ever I ask him to. He will even make dirty in his pull-up at night.
I don’t even know what to do anymore!

Has anything happened lately to change his routine or surroundings?

If you ask him why he won't use the bathroom, what does he say? Does he fight with the morah if he's wet or stinky, and doesn't want to clean himself up?

Put him back in pull-ups, and tell him that when he's a big boy you will go shopping and let him pick out new underwear, and then you will celebrate with ice cream.

Sticker charts and chocolate chip bribes are a good way to keep track and set a goal. When he's had X number of days or weeks without accidents, then go shopping and have the special treat.

He cares about the charts for exactly 10 min.
Once I find out that he is wet he begs me to change him!!!

Would you try taking him off gluten and dairy? If he is intolerant they can cause him not to feel his bowels/bladder properly.

I’m having similar issue with my ds. We bought a toilet training watch for him (which he loved for about 3 days and no longer wears.)
We also just started working with an OT for body awareness issues. I think he just doesn’t have the body awareness.

He was soo good until last week. Never had an issue. Dont even know where to start!! He does get OT, maybe will try to talk to her!! Crazy thing is he cn make an accident 15 min after I already took him to the bathroom.

Are you paying attention to his bowel movements? He can be constipated and you just don’t realize it. Maybe read the it’s no accident book, you can find it on Amazon.

I doubt anything is wrong with him. It might be linked to stress, but really it's common to regress. It's worth googling.
