I’m sick and weak and could use a warm comforting lunch. I don’t want to ruin my diet though and eat tradition soup or pizza Wink
Any ideas for an easy meal I can pull together? I don’t have any soup in my freezer to use now

Baked potato in microwave. Take a Yukon Gold potato, pierce it, cook for 5 min on each side. Then slice in half, top with shredded cheddar, and cook again for 30 seconds. Put salsa on your plate, and you're good to go. Anon because I eat this almost every day for lunch. It's okay on my diet.

Hope you feel better!

Not sure what you have in your house but some ideas are: Red lentil soup, roasted sweet potatoes, egg whites and spinach on a whole wheat tortilla , brown rice with chicken broth and zucchini noodles
