In lakewood I tested positive today and had symptoms all of last week. I'm getting confused how long to quarantine.

I also tested positive today in Lakewood. My dr said 10 days from when symptoms started AND lessening of symptoms. If you are still feeling sick, then continue to quarantine until you feel somewhat better.
However, if you have other people in your household who test negative, I was told they need to quarantine 7 days from their last exposure, which means the last day you are considered contagious. If they get a negative test on day 5-7, they can end their quarantine then. If they test positive, then it’s ten days and lessening if symptoms from when their symptoms started. That’s what my pediatrician told me today.
