How long would you save an open bottle of kedem wine? Was in the fridge since open but a veeery long time, like since last spring. Very sweet low alcohol. Would it make any difference if you cook with it or drink it?

Taste it and see. If it tastes normal I'd cook with it.

I would trash it. I wouldn’t really cook with such a sweet wine even if it tastes ok (which I’m guessing it doesn’t).
