How can I help her? Im seeing it mostly socially. How can I help her attain more of grey thinking? Examples?

You might want to get her evaluated. Rigid thinking can be a sign of mild asd.

If her friend tells her something not so nice she will automatically be shes mean to me. Or if her teacher stops a game right before her turns she will cry. There's lots more I just can't think of now.

I definitely do not think she has asd. I just think she has mild anxiety which is being addressed and can use help being more flexible socially.

Either paranoia type thinking or ocd type thinking. You might want to address these directly in therapy. Alternately, or at the same time, you can also try addressing the biological root causes of her anxiety.
