Title says it all, what’s the standard policy where you work? (Excluding Yom tov)
I’m starting work in a new company that doesn’t have a policy set and I want to know what to request...

Full time employees have 14 days PTO, 8 legal holidays plus 2 floating holidays. Also all unused PTO(paid time off, no difference if it’s vacation or sick) rolls over to the next year.
Yom Tov is not paid, it’s a non Jewish company.

At my other jobs we were paid for Yom Tov so we had only a week paid vacation at one job and we were off 6 legal holidays.

At another job I had one week sick, one week vacation, paid legal holidays and paid Yomim tovim.

It all depends on each workplace. No two places had the same policy.

I work for a large secular company in NYS (size of company and location may be relevant).

I am salaried, not hourly. (Exempt from FLSA)

I get 56 hours of sick time each year (Accrued every 2 weeks, spread out over the year). I can bank unlimited right now (used to be 120--but ha ha ha, no I never did that. bh kids.)

I get 16 hours floating holiday and 81 hours paid holidays (those are specifically set as company holidays)

I currently get 160 hours of personal time annually, again accrued every 2 weeks through the year. I think I started at 80-120 hours annually, but due to service (13+ years bh), I get 160 hours annually now. IYH At 15 years, I will get 200 hours annually. I can roll over up to my annual accrual each year max (use it or lose it) so if I'm frugal for a few years, I can have up 320 hours total the next year. Also, this final category is also paid for upon separation from the company.

Not op... but my small frum office has paid yom tov but that's it, no other paid days off. Is that unusual? Should my coworkers and I ask for a change?

If you are in NYS, small businesses (<100 employees) must provide 40 hours minimum sick time for full time employees. Whether it is paid or unpaid depends on various factors, but statistically, it's likely required to be paid.

We get 10 days PTO (5 days sick 5 days vacation)
Major legal holidays and Yomim tovim off. (So chol hamoed purim etc is not a off day)

Healthcare. Not frum. Enormous company.
There 10 years.
We accrue 9.16 hours /40 hour week PTO every pay period (2 weeks). It is prorated for people who are between 20-40 hours. I think there are also 2 hour ESL but they are impossible to use.
All PTO is interchangeable. They are used for YT, Legal Holidays (we are open so I often work), Sick, Vacation.... we used to be able to buy back hours 4x per year, but no more.
We cannot have more that 150 hours in our bank at one time, so if you don’t use it, you loose it. (Sorry, it goes into ESL). It is ongoing and doesn’t expire with the calendar year.

I work for a small frum company. We dont get ang PTO. I'm in NJ so there's mandatory paid sick leave. You get 1 hour per 40 hours worked. I thnk it's up to 40 hours a year.

We are closed over Sukkos and Pesach. I unofficially get 1 weeks pay as a yom tov bonus both times. Not everyone gets the full week's pay, only if my boss is very happy with your work. All other yomim tovim are unpaid.

Not frum office.

Started with 2 weeks vacation and 10 days PTO (which can be taken hourly), 1 extra summer bonus Friday in July and August, 1 day RH, 1 day YK, Easter, Dec. 24 and 25, Thanksgiving, Jan 1, and Labor/Memorial Days. My boss kindly gives me 1/2 of the YT days off paid and I work chol hamoed. Now I am there 5 years so I got an extra week vacation (3 weeks now). We can roll over the PTO for a year but not the vacation days.

Smallish frum company. 5 days sick, 5 days vacation, most legal holidays off, no paid time off for YT for hourly employees, though obviously they are closed.

I work for a frum business, a school Smile lots of employees

We get YT off and summer of, because we are a frum school.
Teachers who work around 16-20 hours per week get 10days pto
Teachers less than 16 get 5 days pto
Teachers who work over 25, closer to almost 30 hrs per week, and get I think a little more than 10 days.

Also school has certain says that aren't counted toward pto, and you still get paid, like if Chas veshalom sitting shiva, 7 days, or for good thimgs, like first degree relatives wedding 1 day, child's wedding 3 days, etc.

They do NOT pay you for not using your pto and do NOT rollover pto
I find that really annoying.
Even if they'd do that for half hour days, it would be an incentive for me not to take off so many days
