I have 101 fever and my head is hurting a lot. I’m also quite nauseous. I took Advil, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I was hoping so much that I wouldn’t get it, oh well. Such is life. At least life as we live it today.

Hugs. Refuah shleimah. I felt the same way when I tested positive. It’s a really helpless feeling knowing there are no antibiotics or guaranteed ways to make you feel better.
Things that helped me (I think)
Vitamins c and d, zinc (vitamin d with food)
Mucinex for the cough
Painkiller for the headache and make sure to take it religiously
Drink a lot of water
Sleep (in the beginning this is not very hard as you feel pretty miserable but even as you feel better IYH you have no idea how easily you can get run down)
Remember that it feels like an eternity now but it will pass. Each day that passes is a victory and one day closer to having this whole thing behind you

Ask your doctor for ivermectin. The sooner the better. Don't forget to drink lots and have chicken soup, refuah shelaima!!

Definitely helped me. Bh I'm much better. I can actually function again. Mlwdesign recommended it after she give it to her daughter that had covid.

Eta: I lived on Gatorade and Powerade for a week
