It just shows how individual women's cycle patterns can be.
I'm over 40, have always been pretty regular aside from fertility/pregnancy matters, & have never heard of such a concept, truthfully my only superficial awareness of a menstruation delay or irregularity was that it could be tied to a severe stress, like G-d forbid anorexia or something, I had no idea.

It's a relief to understand better that it doesn't necessarily take such an acute stressor, I'm glad to be more familiar now.

Many women had their cycles affected from the vaccine. There were some women who were post-menopause who had some uterine bleeding after the vaccine.
