Places for 50+ to overnight nr NYC on Chol Hamoed

Looking for recommendations for places (max 2 hours driving) for 50+ y.o. to overnight nr NYC on Chol Hamoed, with things to see/do nearby.

Best western in Lancaster PA
Near Dutch Wonderland, Amish country, and Hershey's.

Lancaster is more than 2 hours from NYC, and many attractions may be closed since Pesach is so early this year. Two hours doesn't get you so far. I would think Philly would be their best bet (with the option to stay in Cherry Hill across the bridge, with cheaper lodging options). It's a big city with a rich history and lots of different attractions for all different interests. If they'd drive farther, I'd suggest Newport or DC.

Thanks, but to clarify, I have more hotel points than I know what to do with, so Im only asking about which areas to go to, not specific hotels/motels.
