I haven't either, but there are rabbanim who are known to yes speak to people about pressing issues, and then there are rabbanim who basically work within their shul only, and are not known/open to the general public. I assume this is what OP is talking about. (For example, in my shul, only shul members would talk to my Rav. He's the small Rav of a very small neighborhood shul. Other Rabbanim like R' Simcha Bunim Cohen, or l'havdil Rav Gissinger zt"l, are sought out by everyone.)

Do you want to speak to a Rav in person or on the phone? Most Lakewood Rabbanim will talk to women on the phone. Not all see women in person.
