Is there a way to turn my hand beaters into a stand mixer?

Use a tall deep container, like the 128 oz ones.

Sorry but I don't get this. How do you prop up the hand mixer in a large size container? Kindly explain. Thanks.

some hand mixers are made for that. They have such groves on the bottom so that they should be able to stay in place.
I use one like that with a large glass bowl. Whips up some really yummy stuff!

Very similar to this.

I guess I use the "bowl rest" feature and just run the machine as a stand. I've been doing it for years now. Works great.
I have the stand that comes with it but its easier and one less thing to clean so its just siting in my closet.
