I hate that my kids are so busy with their tablets on Sundays..... During the warm months of the year, it's much less of an issue. But for the half of the year that's cold, it's a real struggle to keep them occupied....

Watched one 1/2 hour long jewish video. Coloring and playing now. Maybe will go pesach shopping with them later. Pretty low key.

Our kids are younger school-age, K and 1st grade, so they and their friends still have low expectations for technology being available. They get 40-45 minutes of video per day, except on Shabbos. Their only other screen time are things that I don't consider to be problematic: writing stories in MS Word on the computer, Facetime with extended family, and computer chess.
Otherwise, they are pretty content still to hang out and play with their toys, play outside, do the same 8-10 jigsaw puzzles over and over, read, and draw.
But I really feel for parents of older kids, it seems like things get more challenging with age.
