I have frozen falafel balls I want to get rid of. Any creative things I could do with it? (I usually just make it into a sandwich with salad, tachina, ect) thanks!

Maybe make falafel shishkabobs? Skewer falafel balls, cucumber chunks, tomato chunks, maybe pita wedges.
I personally just eat the balls plain. Yum!

Add them to a salad with a nish Nosh or other dressing.

Make a falafel bar. Salad components, pickles, fried eggplant, tehina, wraps, pita, skewers. Each person can customize a wrap, pita, salad, or kebabs for themselves.

We loooove falafel chicken. Defrost and mash falafel. Use as a coating for thin chicken cutlets. Serve with chummus.

This is genius! Do you fry them or bake in the oven?

Falafel pizza. Put tehina on a pita then crumble over tehina. Add vegetables like peppers or tomatoes diced ( optional). Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted. Our favorite.

Sounds delish!
Do you defrost the Falafel first?

I do defrost first. Maybe 20 minutes before I am ready to assemble the pizza.

Falafel parmesian
Line up balls in a foil pan, top with tomato based sauce & add cheese on top & bake.

Deconstructed felafel salad.
Make a platter of shredded lettuce, and add all the toppings. Crumble the felafel, bake, and sprinkle over all of the salad ingredients. Make a techina dressing to drizzle over the whole thing, and dig in!

Falafel dip. Honestly I had it in EY over a Shabbos years ago and it was better than I expected!! Some of the Yiddishe dip brands may have the flavour already if you want to get a better idea of what it is.

This doesn’t help get rid of the falafel in her freezer, but I buy the Telma/ Knorr falafel mix and use it to bread chicken
