Doctor recommended I give a 2.5 year old. I only found a tablet. I blended it to powder form and tried putting in his juice but it doesn't disolve. Anyone give their kids? Any ideas? Anyone found a good magnesium in chewable form?

Zahlers chapter one has magnesium gummies.
Not sure if it’s magnesium glycinate.
There are other kosher gummy brands too
