I received a shabbos box and there was a vacuum sealed (happened to be kosher lepesach) bbq salmon. I'm a bit confused - is it fully cooked or not?

okay- tysm. That is what I thought, I just never received fully cooked salmon before. Usually they give raw. I thought it may be a marinade but it flakes as though fully cooked.
