Soup: Throw chicken, onion, garlic, carrot, celery in a pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaf, water.

Main. Stew -Throw meat, onions, garlic, potato, carrots, and other vegetables in a pot or crockpot. Add water, salt, pepper.

Side: Baked potatoes

Dessert: Sliced apple. Or core the apple, add cinnamon, possibly fill the core with a little brown sugar and/or raisins, and bake it.

All super easy, all natural, all very tasty.

rub a london broil with cocoa, black pepper and coffee. Broil or put in the grill pan. Let rest, cool and slice.

We will be having milchigs for lunches Sunday and Monday. Also Motzei shabbos of the second days.
Salmon, pizza with veggie toppings (crust made from almond flour or riced cauliflower), lecho, french oniion soup.

I can post recipes if you are interested.

Sugar is natural. Are you looking for healthy or just easy?

1-2-3 cookies are my easiest. Make them all the time on pesach.

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups ground nuts

Form into walnut size balls. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden. Let harden before removing from pan.

Ooooh, sounds good. Do you think these would work with ground almonds? (We have nut allergies.)

I’m pretty sure I’ve made this coconut in the past also. Tastes like macaroons (hopefully someone else can confirm)
