My kids are still going to a babysitter over chol hamoed bec I have work, what are some easy lunch idea to send for toddlers? I'd like to send minimal matzah bec one of my toddlers is constipated before matzah. TIA!

Sliced hard eggs, avocado, tuna, Yum Yum crackers and Crispit crackers.
Potato salad lasts a few days in the fridge. You can add egg fresh.

What do they normally eat. Adjusted from there.
Would they eat string cheese? Yogurt? Snitzel fingers? Spinach salad with quinoa, hearts of palm, mandarin oranges,
and beets?
