What chassidishe rav would you recommend to discuss life issues with from Brooklyn, Monsey, Monroe, or Bloomingburg. Should be someone who has some understanding of mental health and very humble.

I don't recommend R' Yisroel Derbaremdiger - I don't know him personally I know of a case that he has and destroyed a family for no reason!

You have no right to say this if you don't have personal experience with him. Every story we here has salt, pepper, and trimmings added to it.
There are stories of bad experience people had with every single professional and every single Rav. There are also people that don't like the advice they were given and they destroyed their own lives but blamed it on the Rav/professional.

She's just sharing her experience. I wouldn't judge based on one case though for the reasons you said.
