No stimulus check or is it too early for it?

I have been checking the IRS website to see when they will send me the check but it keeps saying there is no information available. Does that mean that I dont qualify for this check or is it too early check the website? Anyone else have this problem?

We got ours yesterday

I already filed my 2020 tax return and got my refund direct deposited last week - I'm wondering if that helped in my getting the stimulus check so quickly

I filed taxes a few weeks ago, and I meet the eligibility qualifications, but haven’t gotten it yet. Hoping it comes in the next few days.

Ours also had that message. We filed taxes already, way under 150k so I'm sure we're eligible, but it's not in the system yet. I wonder if it has anything to do with being towards the end of the alphabet

Did you get your 2020 tax refund yet? It might depend on whether you filed your taxes.

We didn't file for 2020 yet - and BH got it yesterday, too.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I should qualify for it based on income but didnt file 2020 taxes yet. My name also starts towards the end of the alphabet and I also didnt do direct deposit but they have mailed out checks already which I didnt get.
But it seems like there are mixed responses here, so for those who did get the check already, does the IRS website say that you received it already? Perhaps there website is not updated properly yet so if you can let us know if there is a correct status that would be great.

Not sure of the IRS website status as of today, but we got ours yesterday, haven’t filed taxes yet, and 2 days ago it said it would be deposited the next day.

I’m at the very end of the alphabet and I kept getting the same message but it was deposited in my (Chase) bank account yesterday.

IIRC, as with the other 2 stimulus checks, those who didn't do direct deposit, just waited for a check in the mail, got it later than those with direct deposits.

I didn't file yet 2020 taxes and got mine yesterday, direct deposit.

Hope you get yours soon.

Direct deposit should have gotten already, but mailed checks always take longer. I don't think anyone got their checks in the mail yet.
