Did anyone ever try something like this?
I only have an electric burner and pizza maker for milchig and I would love to make cheesecake/cheesesnacks for breakfast.
I'm also looking for a good recipe with cream cheese in it, not necesarily looking for a crust recipe if the fillling is good enough.

I did a crustless cheesecake and one with a crust in betty crocker BUT with regular chometz flour only. just mixed cream cheese flour and sugar, put it in small cake tins and in the crocker
