Yes I do find that. But I'm not in a position where I can buy almost whatever I feel like. I only have an idea of what you mean on a smaller scale.
Pretty sure that's a good middah, mistapek bemuat or living within your means.

yeah I am not a needy person bh. It is much harder to decide what to get when you have so many choices. I like limits. I would rather give away money than spend for the sake of spending. I did force myself to buy new shoes in the Jewish stores today because I didn't buy anything for myself for pesach! I bought super comfortable practical sneaker shoes so I wont need more than one pair for the summer.

Don’t worry, whatever I feel like isn’t in the 10k range either.
Just anything to enhance my pesach table, jewelry, and kids clothes etc...
