I usually light early like 7-8 AM. Today I lit at 3 PM. Is that ok?

Also I usually give tzedaka and today, while I set aside the money and declared my intention to give, I did not physically place the reserved money in the tzedaka box.

One last thing- I’m davening for the same yeshua for two different young ladies. Is this a problem?

I know this all seems OCD but I need a yeshua and I’m hoping that having an additional bakasha said on my behalf will help.

The first two paragraphs is definitely ok.

About the davening for 2 people the same thing, I'm not sure but I would assume at least I e if them will iyH see their yeshuah soon.

It goes according to the Hebrew date . It was still the same date when you lit. (Had you forgotten and not lit until the night when the Hebrew day changed, then I’m not sure if it would be okay.)
I heard you are supposed to daven for one bakasha for each 40 days.

I want to start lighting tomorrow as well for 40 days but I’m not sure how it is going to work with timing and lighting over Pesach. I’m in Israel so it’s only 2 days for me, but how does that work?
