I have this recipe. Can anyone help me modify if I don't use oil? I really want a cake kind of recipe!
This is the cake batter:
6 eggs
1.5 C sugar
7 oz oil
2 C potato starch
Pinch of salt.
Also, can I make it in a food processor with S blade or rather I should use a whisk?

Try it with 7 oz of finely blended applesauce.
What are the instructions for mixing?
