This is an "ask your rabbi" question.
I learned that if you need them and can't skip them for the duration of Pesach, and you swallow them instead of chewing, then it's OK.
If you can go without, and they're not KLP, then skip them.
If you NEED a medication or vitamin, it can even be mamash treif, as long as you swallow it whole.
Other people are more machmir, so it really depends.
