can I cook chicken cutlets in betty crocker? If yes, how long?

What about roast potatoes?

Sure, both go beautifully
Chicken cutlets we do egg and potato starch and then fry like you would fry regularly, first let oil get hot. It goes super quick
Potatoes I cube into little cubes and roast with salt pepper and oil, it’s heaven

Do you leave it uncovered? If so, how is it different from a regular pan?
