How big is it? Is that a flat London broil (split minute roast)?

It's a slab of meat, about an inch thick. I put the peeler near it, so you can see the proportions lol

It's a London broil. Make a dry rub. Broil it about 5-7 minutes per side.

Thanks!! What is the best way to prepare it? I'm no meat expert, so something fool-proof would be great...

Make a dry rub. Broil it about 5-7 minutes per side. Slice against the grain before serving over a nice hearty salad.
Or you can sear it on the stovetop on both sides, then seal tightly and finish it off in a 500 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

Thanks so much! You're the best!!!
So it comes out like a steak on the grill, not like a slice of roast, right?

Right, because it's a lean cut. Serve slices at room temp.

The meat I got in the meoros rochel leah box in Lakewood was a minute roast, found out when I sliced it. It would be nice if they labeled it.
