Does anyone have experience freezing zucchini Kugel?
What about sweet potato Kugel?

I wouldn't do it. Way too watery. It's going to turn to mush.

Not sure about sweet potato kugel.

Fyi the sweet potato Kugel froze beautifully. I don't yet know about the zucchini Kugel.
