Health coaches are useless. They many times are “trained my MLM’s” as a business model and have little or minimal health knowledge. What you need is a nutritionist or a dietitian depending on your goals.

My goal is not necessarily losing weight, I really need advice on how to get my family healthier. I’m not knowledgeable in the health area at all... I’m a real junkie eater. So I need help with that cuz I’m clueless.
