Last year, my dh was home because of corona and he was roped in to peeling. He freaked out when he saw that I wanted him to peel, peaches, nectarines, tomatoes, peppers etc. along with the normally peeled items.
In the end he said the hardest thing to peel was actually pears since they get very slippery. Everything else was a breeze.

There is a special peeler for thin peels
