looking for a workout cd/dvd that is audio - specifically for someone who doesn't have the option of following from a screen and needs to do the workout by following audible commands. Is there such a thing?

There are audiobooks that do this.
There were some great ones I liked but I forgot the name.
You can also try searching on audible.
