My 22 month old sleeps 12 hours at night and 1 and a half hours during the day. (I wake her up after 1 and a half hours)
She is going to a camp this summer where she wont be able to nap, so I want to start getting her used to that.
Any advice or tips? She currently sleeps 8pm-8am with a 1pm-230 pm nap.
Thanks!

Honestly just let her nap until camp. She will be fine to push through there and will likely fall aslee on the way home and then wake her up.
Hopefully camp still has down time for the kids that age. But my 22 month old can be pushed past a nap. It’s just not that fun later on.
