I’m renting a house in Lakewood and the landlord says they need to send an inspector down to my house. Does anyone know why they would do this? I have a long lease so I can’t imagine why... I thought you only need an inspector when you sell/buy a house.
Can anyone chime in here if they know any more information on this subject.
Thanks!!!
