Hi all
Maybe someone can come up with some ideas. I have an abundance of wraps and turkey pastrami/cold cuts . What can I make ? I thought I once heard you can cut up the wraps into strips and fry them do the same with cold cuts is that correct. ? What spices would you use please share all and any ideas

Would you do deli rolls? That’s easy and popular.

You can fill, roll and fry, kind of like taquitos. Or brown it in a greased pan and get the texture on the outside like when you make quasadillas.
Or brush with oil then bake seam side down.
Easiest of course would just be deli pin wheels without cooking.
